Jason at Rockin P Auto is the Real Deal!I drove down from Dallas to Searcy specifically to check out cars at Rockin P Auto, and I’m so glad I did. Jason was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He greeted me right away, listened to exactly what I was looking for, and never once pushed me toward something I didn’t want.Jason knows his inventory inside and out. He walked me through several options, answered every question about history, maintenance, and performance. He was patient, honest, and genuinely helpful — the complete opposite of the high-pressure salesmen I’ve dealt with in the past.When we got to the numbers, Jason worked hard to get me a great price on the car I wanted and made the financing process smooth and transparent. No surprises, no hidden fees, and he even threw in a couple of extras that made the deal even better.I left Rockin P Auto feeling like I got a fantastic car at a fair price, and it’s all thanks to Jason’s excellent service. We had an outstanding experience with Rockin P Auto in Searcy and will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.We originally found a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado diesel online and submitted an inquiry. Jason May responded very quickly and was incredibly helpful from the start. What impressed us most was his honesty and transparency. Before we even saw the truck in person, he informed us about a code that was showing on the vehicle. He was upfront about it and didn’t try to downplay anything. In fact, when we told him we were serious about purchasing the truck, he made sure it was checked out by a diesel mechanic before we finalized the sale because he wanted to be certain everything was right.We completed the credit application and were approved, but there was never any pressure to move forward before we were comfortable. Jason encouraged us to wait until the truck came back from the diesel mechanic so we could make an informed decision.While we were waiting, I spotted a Chevrolet Traverse that I had absolutely fallen in love with. My husband mentioned it to Jason just to see what might be possible, and before long Jason and the finance team worked out a great deal for us on that vehicle as well.One thing that really stood out was that Jason and the finance manager genuinely seemed excited to help us. It never felt like they were focused on making a sale. It felt like they truly enjoyed helping people and wanted the best outcome for their customers. Their honesty, transparency, and willingness to answer questions made the entire process stress-free.Everyone we dealt with was personable and welcoming. Every time we walked through the door, we were greeted warmly and offered something to drink. While we were waiting on the truck to be inspected, they even offered us one of their vehicles to use as a rental. That level of customer service is hard to find.What started as a trip to buy one vehicle ended with us purchasing two. The Traverse was a vehicle I had been considering for years, and when I found it at Rockin P Auto, combined with the deal they put together for us, I knew it was the right one.Thank you to Jason and the entire team for making what can be a stressful process such a positive experience. We are extremely grateful for everything you did for our family and will definitely be back for future vehicle purchases.
