Participation Rules:
Each time a Payton customer utilizes any of the 3 dealerships (listed above) for the purpose of purchasing a new or used vehicle, purchasing service or collision repair work, or purchasing a part or accessory, their name will be automatically entered into a weekly drawing.
The winner of the weekly drawing will be determined by the drawing of a randomly selected name each Tuesday following a week's end. The winner of the weekly drawing wins the opportunity to become one of 52 finalists (one finalist for each of 52 weeks in a year). Once a customer's name is entered in the master database, it will remain there (as many times as purchases are made) unless their name is drawn as one of the 52 finalists at which time their name becomes ineligible to become a finalist again. Throughout the year long process, customers' names will have the potential to be drawn during any weekly drawing. In the third quarter of 2010, a name will be randomly drawn from the 52 finalists that have been comprised from all three dealerships. The final name drawn, provided all rules are met by the participant, will become the Grand Prize winner of either a new 2010 Chevrolet or Dodge truck,
The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries.
The name, photograph and listing of home town (not street address) of the Grand Prize Winner may be used in multiple forms of media for advertising purposes without further compensation to the Grand Prize Winner.
The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all applicable local, state and / or federal taxes.
Businesses (excluding auto dealerships and auto auctions) are eligible to win as well as individuals. In the event a purchase/transaction is made at one of the Payton dealerships in a business name, the actual eligible participant is not necessarily the individual(s) who made the purchase/transaction, but will be the business itself. The truck chosen by the business, should they become the Grand Prize winner, will be signed over to the business entity.
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
Process begins first full week in October 2009 and last (weekly) name will be drawn the Tuesday after the last week in September 2010.
Payton Chevrolet, Pontiac, Buick, Inc., Payton Select Automotive, Payton Dodge Chrysler Jeep and Payton Auto, Inc. reserve the right to amend and interpret these rules.
Ineligible participants include but are not limited to employees, owners and officers of Payton Chevrolet, Pontiac, Buick, Inc., Payton Select Automotive, and/or Payton Dodge Chrysler Jeep and Payton Auto, Inc. in addition to the children, spouses, parents, siblings and any others living in the household of employees, owners and officers of same. Other ineligible participants include auto dealerships and auto auctions and those individuals or businesses not meeting contest requirements. Contestants that hold accounts that are past due more than 30 days with any of the 3 dealerships will be disqualified.
Payton Chevrolet, Pontiac, Buick, Inc., Payton Select Automotive, Payton Dodge Chrysler Jeep and Payton Auto, Inc. reserve the right to deliver the unit won by the Grand Prize winner up to 60 days after the Grand Prize winner has been notified.
Trucks displayed as prizes are not necessarily the unit that will be delivered to customer as Grand Prize, however, value and options will be equivalent.
The Grand Prize Winner or potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified immediately. If the Grand Prize Winner or potential Grand Prize Winner cannot be contacted within 5 days he/she will be disqualified and a second name will be drawn as the Grand Prize Winner (or potential Grand Prize Winner).
No purchase necessary. In the event you would like to enter this contest and do not wish to make a purchase, please do the following. Handwrite your name, mailing address, shipping address, phone number, email address and the words "I want to enter the Great Truck Give A Way" on a 5" x 7" postcard. Mail the postcard (unfolded) and a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Once your postcard is received, a contest entry form will be mailed to you. Please fill out the entry form and return to the above address. Only one entry form may be mailed in / entered per applicant. All completed entry forms must be received no later than September 30, 2010.
